Add an Italian culinary experience to your Colombo evening with a hands-on Tiramisu Masterclass at Lago Tropical Italian Bistro.

Participants will learn how to assemble one of Italy’s most famous desserts using fresh mascarpone, espresso, ladyfingers and rich cocoa while being guided through the essential steps behind a classic tiramisu.

Each guest will prepare their own four-serving tiramisu to take home, making the session both a cooking experience and a delicious souvenir from the evening.
